The Associate Director of Talent Partnerships leads the development and execution of a national talent partnerships strategy anchored in authenticity, equity, and mission alignment to increase visibility, deepen cultural relevance and unlock new supporters for No Kid Hungry. The goal is to steward and build relationships with talent who act as trusted ambassadors, amplifiers, and advocates for ending childhood hunger. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in talent relations and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring entertainment industry experience with a background in public relations and a strong sense of hospitality and appreciation of teamwork. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset, creative thinking, strong writing and presentation skills, and proficiency balancing a diverse portfolio. Key responsibilities include securing new mission-aligned talent and cultivating existing supporters, building No Kid Hungry’s presence and relations across the entertainment and sports industries, and designing and executing custom and meaningful talent engagement activations that support Share Our Strength’s mission and priorities.
This position is preferably based in Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. (Hybrid - 2 days per week); but could be in New York City or fully remote for the right candidate living outside these locations. The position offers a salary range of $102k-$112k. Exact compensation within the stated salary range may vary based on skills, experience, internal equity, and geographical location.
